AutoNavi Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: AMAP) is the leading provider of digital map content and navigation solutions in China. We have built a mobile and Internet location-based media and e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our customers and business partners a broad range of location-based solutions serving various aspects of consumer needs. This media and e-commerce platform also enables us to move from a pure business-to-business, or B2B, model to a combined B2B and business-to-consumer, or B2C, model. At the core of our business is our proprietary comprehensive and in-depth nationwide digital map database that covers approximately 3.1 million kilometers of roadway and over 17 million points of interest across China.
